THE SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. One does not register for sessions.  Seating at individual sessions is first come, first served.
REGISTRATION and the Coat Room are on the 27th Floor along with many of the sessions. The Children’s Program, Lunch Room, Limmud Café and rooms E1, G3 and G4 are on the 16th Floor. There is easy access between the floors by 6 large elevators.

What is gratitude? What does Judaism teach us about gratitude? Is there a connection between gratitude, health, and happiness? Is it possible to learn ways to cultivate gratitude? This talk will explore these questions by discussing the science of gratitude. Different types of gratitude exercises will also be presented and practised in session. You will leave with concrete take-home activities that, when used regularly, will help you live a more meaningful, satisfying, and healthy life.

Dr. Kim Edwards is a registered clinical and health psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (Canada).
