THE SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. One does not register for sessions.  Seating at individual sessions is first come, first served.
REGISTRATION and the Coat Room are on the 27th Floor along with many of the sessions. The Children’s Program, Lunch Room, Limmud Café and rooms E1, G3 and G4 are on the 16th Floor. There is easy access between the floors by 6 large elevators.

Betina Appel Kuzmarov

Professor Betina Appel Kuzmarov is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law and Legal Studies and Associate Dean Student Success in the Faculty of Public Affairs at Carleton University. She has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since her call to the Bar in 2002 and has been a Visiting Scholar at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, and a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Common Law, University of Ottawa. She is an award-winning teacher who teaches both core international law courses as well as seminars exploring cultural theory and cultural property.  Her publications have extended to issues of international law, the relationship between international law and religion, and cultural property, she is co-investigator on the new research project Even God sheds tears”: Wives, Husbands, Children, Rabbis and Activists share their stories of Jewish divorce in Canada.
