THE SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. One does not register for sessions.  Seating at individual sessions is first come, first served.
REGISTRATION and the Coat Room are on the 27th Floor along with many of the sessions. The Children’s Program, Lunch Room, Limmud Café and rooms E1, G3 and G4 are on the 16th Floor. There is easy access between the floors by 6 large elevators.

Renowned artist, scribe, and speaker, Laya Crust fascinates audiences with her deep knowledge of manuscript art, Jewish liturgy, and Jewish art illumination. Her distinct way of weaving together biblical text, history, and ancient art offers awareness of the past while relating it to the present. As an artist, Laya has a unique understanding of historical technique and motivation. Laya is known for her art pieces which have been privately commissioned by individuals and organizations. Having worked in the field of Judaica, art illumination and calligraphic arts for over thirty years, her work is found in university libraries, museums, and in the homes of thousands of individuals around the world. Laya maintains a studio in Toronto, Canada where she lives with her husband Les Lightstone. She keeps a busy international schedule of projects, lectures and workshops.
